ok so explorer stays on for 20 secs on start up then shuts down restarts then shuts down over and over. sometimes it just sits there. I had a slow internet connection and I figured Id download a program to boost speed. I downloaded the exe scaned it with norton everything fine. as its installing it goes to the net and downloads other files and then at the end It says dont touch anything the computer is going to make changes you'll need to reboot. so I did. and then I had this explorer problem a
