I went into safemode to delete a program that was not a spy-ware per se but was limiting my computer usage. when i boot in normal mode, with all goodies enabled (hence the long list of processes, which normally is much shorter :P) i boot to a blank desktop. I attempt to run explorer, and it just goes to my documents, no taskbars, etc are loaded. Any help would be MUCH appreciated! thanks!
